Refund Policy for Jack'd Hub

Effective Date: December 28, 2024

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If the service is canceled due to our error or failure to deliver the service as promised.

  • If the service provided is deemed unsatisfactory and we are unable to resolve the issue.

2. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of service completion via email at pvdaniels001@gmail.com or by phone at 431-720-2770. Provide a detailed description of the issue and any supporting documentation.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will review the situation and, if eligible, process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds for Cancellations or Non-Completion

Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made by the client or for non-completion of services due to client actions (such as failure to provide access to the property or cancellation after work begins).
